There is no charge to transfer to another webinar. Cancellations received in writing two weeks prior to the webinar will be eligible for a prompt refund. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the day of the scheduled webinar will be issued, upon request, a credit which may be used towards another Consultants’ Training Institute (CTI) offering.
