Randy Williams is a CPA with Big Four and local public accounting firm experience in multiple states. He has worked in all areas of public accounting including advisory, tax and audit. Together with his roles in industry, he has over 20 years of experience.
Randy has a Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver and both a Masters of Business Administration (Marketing) and Bachelor's degree in accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
Currently, Randy is Practice Development Director at BEI and also an adjunct professor in the MBA and Executive MBA programs at the University of Denver.

Registration is on a per-person basis and allows access to one phone line. For an additional fee, others from the same office may attend and listen to the presentation via a conference phone. However, under NASBA rules, where a group attends via a conference phone (where your participation cannot be measured), only one attendee, the primary registrant, may receive NASBA qualified CPE. All other attendees will receive CPE credit, which may qualify for CPE in your state based on its applicable rules, but will certainly be qualified CPE for purposes of recertifying a NACVA credential if you are a credentialed member of the Association. The presentation will include periodic online questions and answers during the session to assess continuous participation and to determine the program's effectiveness.

Entire series: NACVA member: $1395; non-member: $1495 per person and allows access to one phone line; one CPE attestation form and one evaluation form are included with each site registration. The cost for additional people to listen to the entire series is $550 per NACVA member and $650 per non-member, including attestation forms and evaluation forms for entire series.
Individual webinar: NACVA member: $175; non-member: $195 per person and allows access to one phone line; one CPE attestation form and one evaluation form are included with each site registration. The cost for additional people to listen to the presentation is $55 per NACVA member and $65 per non-member, including one attestation form and one evaluation form.
